It's The Thrill of the Hill!
The Firecracker 10k is a challenging run on the trails and roads of sunny Santa Cruz California. The
course
begins at Harvey West Park, winds its way up the trail into the majestic hills of Pogonip park and descends back down through Santa Cruz's beautiful upper west side neighborhoods.
An easy going kid's fun 1K run starts 30 minutes prior to the main event.
This event features:
Pancake breakfast after the race (included w/ entry fee)
Mizuno prize and awards for 1st thru 5th place in
each 5-year category
Shoe prize to the first overall male and female, overall
age-graded winner, and first high school boy and girl
"Thrill of the Hill" t-shirt (100% cotton) for the first 500
entrants
Mizuno backpack to every finisher of the 1K Kids race
Complimentary back massage by certified massage therapist Laury "Mac" McInerney
